The Utah Premier League offers a fast-paced, development-focused indoor soccer league designed to give players meaningful touches, real decision-making moments, and high-level competition throughout the winter season. Games are played in a 5v5 format, including a goalkeeper, with each match lasting 40 minutes on high-quality indoor turf. Players may wear cleats or flats, and every team is guaranteed 7 matches, with the opportunity to earn a playoff spot based on performance.

League Format:

• 5v5 (including goalkeeper)

• 40-minute games

• Indoor turf surface — cleats or flats allowed

• Field is 105 feet long and 79 feet wide

• No walls

 

Game Days

• Matches will be scheduled on Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday 

 

Season Dates

• Start Date: March 10

• Reschedules: Must be requested 1 week in advance

• 7 guaranteed games

• 1 potential playoff game if your team qualifies
